I'm Kelsie!

I have been coaching clients for 10 years now and absolutely LOVE what I do! I have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and am certified in both personal training and nutrition. I was a gymnast for over 10 years and also did a bit of gymnastics coaching before diving into fitness training. I competed in bodybuilding for 6 years and achieved professional status in the natural figure division.

This package offers a higher level of customization, guidance, and accountability to help you achieve better results! You'll receive weekly 20 minute one on one phone calls, fully customized workout programs OR nutrition guides (whatever you need most) to fit your needs and goals, and access to my cell phone for the fastest communication when you need it!

VIP

If you want all the help and customization you can get to achieve the best results, this is the plan for you! Weekly 20 minute one on one phone calls, fully customized workout programs AND nutrition guides to fit your needs and goals, access to my cell phone for the fastest communication when you need it, and bi-weekly touches from me to make sure you're staying on track! 

Maintenance

This is only for clients who have worked with me in Premium or VIP coaching for at least 3 months.  Once you've reached your goal or a point where you feel mostly self-sustaining, we will shift to this maintenance coaching that involves monthly 30 minute monthly check-in calls and continued bi-monthly custom workout programming.  You will shift over to tracking your food for a more flexibility and sustainability. You worked hard to build good habits and achieve results, and I'll still be here in the background to help make sure you're sticking to them!

If you're just looking for workout programming to challenge you, this is the option for you!  Fully customized workout program for your time constraints, equipment availability, any physical limitation, and goals!  Programs will be changed every 2 months to keep you moving in the right direction!  If you have any issues with an exercise, it can be swapped out for another exercise. 

(this option does not include weekly check-ins or nutrition guidance)

CUSTOM WORKOUT PROGRAM

BODYBUILDING PREP 

Bodybuilding can be an incredible, transformative journey!   If you are looking to step on the bodybuilding stage, I'd absolutely love to help you make that a reality!  This process is very taxing and requires a lot of sacrifice, so I want to do a consult call first to ensure you have as much information as possible up front before committing.  If you do decide to embark on this incredible journey, I'll be here every step of the way to make sure you prep in a healthy manner and feel confident on stage!  I'll guide you with custom macros, custom workout programs, posing guidance, and weekly check-in calls to make sure you stay on track!    

POSING SESSIONS

When it comes to bodybuilding, posing is just as important as nutrition and training! If you need helping learning the posing for your division and federation, or maybe you just want to refine what you already have to present even better at your next show, lets schedule a 1:1 virtual posing session!  Let me help you feel your most confident on stage!! 1 hour sessions or package available at a discount. 

(posing only offered for women's divisions at this time)

VIRTUAL WORKOUTS

Meet with me 1:1 weekly for virtual workout sessions to add some fire to your training, learn better form, and more effectively reach your fitness goals! I offer 1/2 and 1 hour sessions 1-2 times per week!  Take me to your gym or work out at home with whatever you have available!
